Get to Know Dr. Anuradha Mukerji

Dr. Anu’s career in the dental field spans over five years so far, and there’s nothing she enjoys more about her work here at Donlands Family Dentistry than being able to help patients regain true confidence in their smiles. Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?

Dr. Mukerji, affectionately known as Dr. Anu by her patients, knew that she wanted to be a dentist when she had the opportunity to shadow one during high school. During this time, she learned the importance of being able to recreate beautiful and healthy smiles for patients. To Dr. Anu nothing is more rewarding than knowing that she has helped a patient from discomfort and is able to make patients feel confident about their smiles.  Dr. Anu is wonderful with children and adults alike. She has a feather like touch and is very thorough. 

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. Anu completed her doctorate at Western University in London, Ontario. Following graduation, she attended a General Practice Residency at The Hospital for Sick Children and is also trained in Invisalign, Nitrous Oxide sedation and Implant Restoration. She regularly attends continuing education courses through the Academy of General Dentistry, Ontario Dental Association, and the University of Toronto.

Outside of the Dental office, What Do You Like to Do?

Dr. Anu loves spending time with her niece and nephew and her husband. She enjoys traveling, biking, hiking, Yoga, practicing photography, and playing musical instruments such as the guitar and piano. 

Dr. Anu is passionate about the environment. She does whatever she can to reduce our carbon footprint including regularly planting trees as a volunteer with the city of Toronto. Dr. Anu is also involved in toy and food drives.
